For this reason, the legislature has created an efficient and cost-effective way of achieving legal certainty with arbitration reports.<br> The arbitration report on machinery is the opinion of an independent, impartial and expert third party on a disputed matter between the parties. The parties receive a legally binding clarification of their dispute that arose during the execution of the contract and avoid going to <a href=\"https:\/\/justizportal.niedersachsen.de\/startseite\/buergerservice\/justiz_im_land\/landgerichte\/uebersichtskarte-der-landgerichte-161249.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">court<\/a>. The arbitrator&#8217;s report is therefore legally binding.
