class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">The Machinery Directive regulates the placing of machinery on the market in the European Economic Area (EEA) until January 19, 2027.  Its aim is to harmonise, maintain or improve the safety levels and essential safety requirements for machinery in the Member States. Machinery Directive are met. However, it requires the industry &#8220;that&#8221; it meets and realizes the targets in the product. Based on the experience gained over the years, two-thirds of the machines in the European Economic Area do not meet the conditions for placing them on the market. In this case, the market supervisor will initially prevent the sale of goods. If <a href=\"https:\/\/maschinenkanzlei.de\/en\/fatal-work-accident-machine-mechanical-engineering\/\">personal injuries<\/a> occur, civil and\/or criminal proceedings will result. This usually entails high costs and &#8211; economically much more significant &#8211; a negative image.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">In case of violations threaten<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 17px;
