Judicial expert opinions

Judicial expert opinions are exclusively commissioned by the courts. They are evidence in judicial proceedings. In contrast, expert opinions for a party are a presentation of one party in a lawsuit and are generally not ‘recognised’ as evidence by the court. However, they are required to present a claim in a ‘substantiated’ manner in order for a lawsuit to be accepted or successfully ‘rejected’.
