Expert opinion for a party: Insurance reports & industry reports

Generally, any commissioned activity aimed at establishing facts on a particular issue can be seen as an expert opinion for a party. Before commencing the task, the issue to be clarified is clearly defined together with the client. At the end of the task the client receives a report with answers or proposed solutions to the individual problem.

Depending on the facts to be determined, the expert report enables the client to undertake internal and/or external steps. The client has the opportunity to make constructive or organisational changes within the company in order to reduce risks, save costs or, for example, decide in cooperation with lawyers whether legal proceedings might be necessary.
